StoneShield Capital Corp. is currently focused on the the drill-ready Goldtooth (formerly Panamint) Gold Project in Inyo County, California, USA, adjacent to the Briggs Gold Mine.

The Goldtooth Gold Project consists of two main claim blocks totaling 162 lode mining claims and 10 association placer mining claims which cover a combined 2003 hectares of land. These claims lie in the same mineral belt as the Briggs Gold Mine owned and operated by Atna Resources Ltd. Current proven, probably, measured, indicated and inferred gold resources at Briggs total approximately 1.13 million oz Au (NI 43-101 Technical Report, Briggs Project, March 30, 2009, updated February, 2010). Prior production at Briggs was approximately 550,000 oz Au produced.

StoneShield is also excited by progress at the Blackwater gold discovery district where New Gold Inc. have updated their resource to 6.6 million oz. of gold (5.4 mil. oz. indicated, 1.2 mil. oz. inferred) based on the company's most recent NI 43-101-compliant resource estimate reported in Q3, 2011. StoneShield has completed its work for the 2011 field season at it's Geldenhoof property located 4km to the east of the Blackwater property.
