Kris Kottmeier

Kris Kottmeier has been involved in the structure and finance of public companies since 2004. He has been a corporate and investor relations consultant since 1996, working with a number of TSX and TSXV listed companies in various roles including manager, officer and exterior consultant. Over this time, Kris has become proficient in corporate finance, project acquisition, executive management, corporate communications, corporate branding, investor lead generation and database management.

Kris is also currently an active director of TSXV-listed Driven Capital Corp. and was a founding director of TSX-listed Rockgate Capital Corp. Kris was chief investor relations consultant to TSX-listed Minera Andes Inc. from early 1997 to 2009. He was also head of investor relations at the Manex Resource Group from 1998 to 2003. Kris was the co-founder of Contact Financial Corp. and has since moved on to found and build Progressive IR Consultants Corp., both successful, Vancouver based professional investor relations firms. Kris attended the University of British Columbia from 1993 to 1996 with a focus on languages and business, and attended the Berklee School of Music in Boston in 1992.
