MANAGEMENT
Allen V. Ambrose - Director
Mr. Ambrose has 25 years of experience in the mining industry, including working with larger companies as well as junior exploration companies. He was the founder of now TSX-listed Minera Andes Inc. and served as President & CEO of the company from November 1994 to July 2009 having built the company to one with a market capitalization of over $280 million. He remains a director of Minera Andes. Mr. Ambrose has extensive experience in all phases of exploration, project evaluation and project management, and has worked as a geologic consultant in the U.S. and South America. He has been employed as the exploration manager for N.A. Degerstrom Inc., a U.S. contract mining company, from 1988 to January 2004. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Geology from Eastern Washington University and he is a licensed Registered Professional Geologist (State of Washington).

Kris Kottmeier - President/CEO/Director/Secretary
Kris Kottmeier has been involved in the structure and finance of public companies since 2004. He has been a corporate and investor relations consultant since 1996, working with a number of TSX and TSXV listed companies in various roles including manager, officer and exterior consultant. Over this time, Kris has become proficient in corporate finance, project acquisition, executive management, corporate communications, corporate branding, investor lead generation and database management.
Kris is also currently an active director of TSXV-listed Driven Capital Corp. and was a founding director of TSX-listed Rockgate Capital Corp. Kris was chief investor relations consultant to TSX-listed Minera Andes Inc. from early 1997 to 2009. He was also head of investor relations at the Manex Resource Group from 1998 to 2003. Kris was the co-founder of Contact Financial Corp. and has since moved on to found and build Progressive IR Consultants Corp., both successful, Vancouver based professional investor relations firms. Kris attended the University of British Columbia from 1993 to 1996 with a focus on languages and business, and attended the Berklee School of Music in Boston in 1992.

George Cole - Director
Mr. Cole has over 30 years of exploration, property evaluation, business development and corporate management experience in the United States and internationally. George retired from the Cominco (TeckCominco) organization in 2001 as Vice-President of Exploration for Cominco American where he was responsible for all US exploration and business development activity. He has several successes to his credit, including building and leading the teams that more than doubled the resource base on the extensive Red Dog Zinc Mine property in northwest Alaska. Since 2002, George has been a Director, and held various senior executive positions with a number of junior mining-exploration companies.

Mr Rasmussen has 25 years experience in the mineral exploration business, including 4 years working for Newmont Exploration in the late 1980's focused on gold exploration along the Carlin Trend, Nevada, and 12 years with the Kennecott-Rio Tinto group focused in the Americas, which also included three years as Country Manager of Argentina and Bolivia. Mr. Rasmussen received a B.Sc. in Geology and a B.Sc. in Physics in 1985 from Southern Oregon University and a Masters of Science in Geophysics in 1992 from the University of Utah. He is also the President of Rasmussen Exploration Inc. since April 2004, through which he is an exploration consultant for various clients in Nevada, Argentina and Chile.

Toma Sojonky - Director
Mr. Sojonky brings over fifteen years of venture capital and business development experience to the Company. He has served as an officer, director and financier of a variety of privately held resource and technology companies in the mining (precious and industrial mineral exploration), oil & gas (upstream), and technology (Internet/information, clean) sectors. Mr. Sojonky was a founding officer and director of Ansell Capital Corp. (TSXV: ACP). He has been in the construction aggregates business since 1992, specializing in acquiring/tenuring, exploring and permitting sand, gravel and rock resources in British Columbia’s Fraser Valley. He has also been involved in the financing, planning, development and marketing of over 1,300 residential (single and multifamily) and hospitality units in BC and Alberta. Mr, Sojonky holds a BA from the University of British Columbia.

Peter Kurisoo - Chief Geologist
Mr. Kurisoo is a self-employed geologist with 35 years of diverse mineral exploration and mining experience. He has conducted exploration for precious metals, base metals and industrial minerals in a wide variety of geologic environments in North America, South America, Southeast Asia and the Caribbean basin. Mr. Kurisoo has managed numerous advanced stage mineral projects. During his 18 years with Canyon Resources Corp., Mr. Kurisoo established an exploration subsidiary in the Dominican Republic and was responsible for regional exploration and management at the open pit, heap leach Kendall gold mine in Montana. Mr. Kurisoo graduated from the University of Montana in 1975 with a B.A. in geology.
